All of our hats are stocked open & flat, sold hand shaped. We ask that customers be sure of their size and shape upon check out. Once shaped we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges.

How long for my order to ship?

We're working hard to get your new order to you as soon as possible. The shipping option will also factor in. Please allow 4-7 days from the date of your order for your package to get to you. You can always e-mail us to check the status of your order if you are extra excited at: outpost.hathaus@outlook.com. 
INCLUDE YOUR ORDER #, FULL NAME, AND ITEM ORDERED. 

Are y'all's Hat Blocks strong?

Lightweight & Easy to Handle: Much lighter than traditional blocks while still providing excellent support.
Multiple Sizes Available: Choose the block size that matches your hat needs—perfect for both beginners and seasoned hat shapers. WE SUGGEST SIZING DOWN ONE SIZE TO ENSURE FITMENT AND NOT GET STUCK ON THE HEADBAND IF PUSHING OUT THE CROWN FOR RESHAPES. EX: 7 3/8 (59cm) WE SUGGEST GOING WITH 58cm Hat block (7 1/4 hat size).
